What About Bowtrol Side Effects? Can I Expect Any
No Need To Worry About Bowtrol Side Effects
I’m assuming you’ve decided on a colon cleanse to get rid of debilitating symptoms such as constipation and bloating. The reasons these symptoms exist is because there are toxic waste materials in your intestine which are causing them by slowing down the passage of waste in the colon and, even worse, the re-absorption of toxins by the colon in an attempt to get rid of them.
This means that the first time you do a cleanse with any colon cleanser some side effects are inevitable. Some of these wastes may have been sitting there for many years and your colon may also be home for unpleasant parasites as well.
If you have chosen Bowtrol for your colon cleanser, you’re in luck! There isn’t a colon cleanse product on the market more gentle than Bowtrol. Side effects may include fatigue, more bloating than usual and also headaches and possible cramping. These will not last long and they are just caused by the release of toxic matter from your body. So try and recognize it as a good sign!
However there are several things we can do to minimize these symptoms and, in the case of Bowtrol, you may not even notice them. Here are a few tips to minimize any Bowtrol side effects.
Drink plenty of water ~ This helps to flush out wastes. You can also include beverages such as green tea or herbal teas as well. Don’t drink any soft drinks however as these contain unwanted chemicals and we’re trying to get rid of these!
Exercise as much as possible ~ Preferably work up a sweat. Sweating is another channel for eliminating toxins and will take some of the load off the intestines. Some people don’t have the energy to do exercise while cleansing, however, and if this is you don’t push it.
Don’t eat too much ~ Also eat food that is as healthy as possible. The herbs in Bowtrol are trying to clean out old impacted waste and they do this a lot better when there is not a lot of new material passing through the digestive system. Soups and light foods are great. Forget heavy foods, such as meat, which are harder to digest.
Take a multivitamin ~ As you’re eating less, you may need to supplement your diet with a multi. Taking a probiotic formula is also a good idea as this will replace the beneficial intestinal flora which has been lost during the cleanse.
Pick a weekend ~ Just in case you do experience symptoms, it may be a good idea to do your cleanse over the weekend. Then you can return to work on Monday looking and feeling your best.
Enjoy yourself ~ Don’t sit around waiting for any Bowtrol side effects to strike. They may not even bother you! Indulge in hobbies that you enjoy and keep your mind off the cleanse. Whatever happens, realize that by detoxing your colon, you are doing something that’s very important for your health. You should feel proud of yourself!
